We work across diverse project types ' from Public Works Projects, Commercial/Businesses, Higher Education, Parking Structures, Healthcare, Mixed-Use Buildings, Government, Sport Facilities, Infrastructure and Housing.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

A Commercial Driver Recruiter will have experience working in the transportation field recruiting and hiring Class A or B CDL Drivers.  Principal duties will include:

  • Execute recruiting strategies to deliver suitable job candidates for assigned hourly, driver positions.
  • Develop effective recruiting plans and strategies.
  • Identify and implement recruitment opportunities such as Social Media, Job Ads, Flyers, Job Fairs, Networking.
  • Confer with management to identify recruiting needs.
  • Pre-screen candidate's resumes and job applications.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Manage all communication with candidates.
  • Assure a complete process, including Application, Interview, Road Test, Job Offer, Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Background/Verification, and New Hire Orientation Scheduling.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to managers.
  • Maintain accurate and current applicant data base.
  • Extend offers of employment within company procedures.
  • Keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends.
  • Ensure regulatory aspects of the full cycle recruitment process is compliant with DOT regulations.

Education and Work Experience

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience as a recruiter for hourly driver positions and in candidate sourcing solutions
