Unlike traditional concrete, Central Concrete's standard mixes deliver 50% or greater cement replacement materials, thereby significantly reducing the carbon footprint of the project under construction.

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is responsible for receiving and entering customer orders via company website or telephonically.

This position receives and documents complete and accurate order information from customers in both English and/or Spanish. The CSR is responsible for enhancing the sale of value added products to each customer during the order taking process. The CSR also keeps dispatchers/shippers, sales department and the CSR team informed of customer needs.

 

A two year degree from an accredited college is preferred; a minimum of three (3) years of experience and High School degree is acceptable.
